Responsibilities
- First point of professional contact via phone and in person.
- Excellent phone skills, including note taking and conversational engagement.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that can include making appointments, taking payments, making transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

Compensation: $19.23 per hour
